• Preventing and deterring bribery in all of the Group's activities and business relationships.
• Fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and responsible business conduct at every level of the organization.
• Continuously improving the effectiveness of the Anti-Bribery Management System through the establishment, monitoring, and review of relevant objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal policies relating to the prevention and combating of bribery.
• Raising awareness and providing training to all employees and business partners on anti-bribery practices and the promotion of ethical business conduct.
• Implementing processes for the assessment, monitoring, and management of bribery risks, as well as mechanisms for reporting and investigating suspected bribery incidents.

The Group has established and implements an Anti-Bribery Management System certified in accordance with ISO 37001:2025 by the EQA certification body, demonstrating its commitment to preventing bribery, strengthening corporate governance, and continuously improving its compliance and business integrity processes.
