• Ensuring the continuity of critical business operations in the event of disruptions or emergency situations.
• Timely identification, assessment, and management of risks that may affect the Group's operations.
• Continuously improving the effectiveness of the Business Continuity Management System through the establishment, monitoring, and review of relevant objectives.
• Developing, implementing, and regularly testing business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the Group's preparedness to respond effectively to crises.
• Promoting awareness and providing training to all employees on business continuity and incident management.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements relating to business continuity and organizational resilience.

The Group has established and implements a Business Continuity Management System certified in accordance with ISO 22301:2019 by the NBIS certification body, demonstrating its commitment to ensuring organizational resilience, effective crisis management, and the continuous improvement of its business continuity processes
