IMPROVEMENT OF AG. APOSTOLOI – CHALKOUTSI ROAD, PREFECTURE OF EASTERN ATTICA, PART I

The project involves the improvement and reconstruction of the coastal road “Ag. Apostoloi - Chalkoutsi “ and particularly of its first part from Ag. Apostoloi until the beach of Markopoulos (total length of interventions 6,8km). It is an urban road with planning speed, traffic width 7,50m and sidewalks width 1,50m on both sides. The project included full replacement of asphalt layers, transversal culverts construction, safety works on the parts where the road is adjacent to the coastline and specifically technical replenishment of the beach, protection of the existing walls from erosion and construction of low walls and electro lighting of the road.
